For the past 4 ½ years I have worked out with Myles and improved my flexibility, strength, endurance, and balance. It is very exciting for me at age 71 to be able to ski with my children and grandchildren, go on six mile hikes and be an active participant instead of a passive bystander, in all of my families activities. Even though I have suffered sport related injuries from time to time, Myles has been able to rehabilitate me back to being physically and mentally healthy again. I cannot stress how important it is to maintain a regular work out schedule with a person who knows exactly what to do, especially with us seniors!

I have had the pleasure of working with Myles Magnuson for several years and have recommended him to friends who are equally pleased.

He puts so much of himself into his work, creating routines suitable for each client‘s needs and also a varied workout for each time I see him, so things are never boring.

His work is such that several muscle groups are recruited which each exercise, thus teaching them to work in synchrony (which I need) as well as strengthening multiple areas at the same time.

He carefully observes each individual repetition during a set, correcting as I go, emphasizing quality over quantity.. His sessions are truly one-on-one experiences.

In addition to being a terrific trainer who has encouraged and inspired me, he is a person of fine quality as well.

I have been training with certified trainers for nearly 20 years, the past 4 of them with Myles. While all of my trainers have been quite good, Myles is head-and-shoulders above all of them. When we first met, I told him that I wanted to do rigorous workouts with an emphasis on core body conditioning. He has delivered with every single workout and I cannot recall any of them being the same. Now in my 50's, I have excellent balance, am quite strong, and very lean. My friends jokingly ask strangers to guess my age. Myles, through his superior knowledge of anatomy, physiology and sports, is able to tailor an exercise regimen to each client's particular needs and objectives. I expect to be working out with Myles when I'm well into my 80's.
