Onboard Fitness is the first online resource for boaters wanting to bring their fitness regime aboard. Small spaces and limited storage restricts all boater's ability to exercise. Onboard Fitness creates personalized workouts specifically designed for tight quarters and limited equipment availability. Our workouts are comprised of exercises designed to mimic boating specific movement patterns and strengthen the muscles that support those movements. Each exercise program is individually developed based on the members' fitness level and experience. If you prefer to use some training equipment while you exercise, OnboardFitness.com has an online store, selling small, light weight, easy to store products, ranging from resistance bands to jump ropes.

We have a range of packages and memberships; from our quickstart package to a full year membership including consultations and equipment. Become a member and receive a new workouts every three weeks with the difficulty/intensity increasing as you progress.

Onboard Fitness memberships and services can be extended beyond the yachting community. Anyone with space restrictions (condo owners, apartment renters, business travelers) can sign up and use this service. "I don't have the space" or "I can't afford expensive fitness equipment" are no longer viable excuses.
