With the proper use of the SPRI stability balls, you can improve your posture, balance, flexibility, core strength and coordination.
The stability balls can be used to challenge individuals of all ages and fitness levels, and has many different applications including sports conditioning, rehabilitation, and pre/post natal training.
These safe, heavy-duty, slow-deflate quality SPRI professional plus Xercise Balls are durable enough to withstand diverse training applications in any environment. Perform a variety of strength training, balance, core, and flexibility exercises.
A pump is needed to inflate the Xercise Ball. You can use a bike pump using an adapter(included).
This lightweight, portable, air-filled disc can be inflated for less of a balance challenge and deflated for more of a balance challenge for single leg exercises. Use two discs for double arm or double leg exercises. Also great to use for abdominal exercises!
